    I am all for personal responsibility. People should be free to choose their course and are free to wear the consequences (good or bad).

    I agree Government's should promote healthy lifestyle. However I suggest universal healthcare by definition means everyone is looked after, no exceptions. Maybe there is a problem with the system, but that is another issue.

    The study almost treats people as farm animals (grazing habits regulated to produce optimum results) or even Pavlov's dog (behaviour based on rewards). I also consider that reward is used for the driver today (those who consume less earn) and is relatively nobale; what happens if the driver becomes punishment and what form will it take. You will be traceable apparently by your personal carbon card as to your consumption.

    I suppose it shows just how far we have come (or regressed based on viewpoint) as a society.
