Do you have some sort of problem perhaps wished for something that you should not have?

There is debt and debt and when you are borrowing to pay wages thats not the sort of debt a state should be carrying. Sold assets to actually pay off nothing - pathetic managers.

If a company was run like that it would be trading in insolvency so forget about growing via debt as the state doesn't have a lazy balance sheet.
