Thanks for the summary @airconditioner. Just a minor detail, production costs don't usually include "cost to ship". It's drill, blast and load plus truck to ROM pad usually. Most of that figure would be processing costs which means they'll come down when production ramps up presumably (cost to run a mill is the same regardless of output).
