Most recently, Mr. Tse served as the Managing Director at Galaxy Resources Ltd., a listed Australia-based Lithium company with production facilities and assets in Australia, China, Canada, and Argentina. As Managing Director of Galaxy subsidiary Lithium One Inc., Mr. Tse oversaw Galaxy’s carbonate and battery project in Jiangsu, China – the largest lithium producer in the Asia-Pacific and 4th largest worldwide.
