Good question! Here my take at it.

If I were the BoD given that Mt. Cattlin is certainly not the "best" of resources we have to ensure to improve our position ASAP. Best done through leveraging what we know. So I would prioritize getting JB to production over SdV as JB is something we know how to do, SdV is new. Of course there are some other options in buying some (good) junior hard-rock and closer to "home" and get that to production. But JB looks pretty good, so would be a good route to take.

Then from there it would be good to start thinking about doing carbonate and/or hydroxide. The knowledge gained on that would be applicable to both JB and SdV.

However, for a single entity to be working in three completely different areas of the globe is certainly not optimal and also does not give a lot of options to use synergies. So on the long(er) run having a mine in Australia, Canada, and Argentina will certainly not be cost efficient. So not sure how that will work out.

Anyway, if I were in the BoD I would be pushing hard to get JB up and running! Maybe JV with NMX to get to hydroxide quickly and there are a couple of other interesting players in the area.

Pretty sure GXY must be looking at some prospects in Australia as well.... Here I have some hopes that we do something with LPD to get some currently less attractive resources and make them economically viable using the L-Max technology. But L-Max has to proof itself on a larger scale first. So again, first JB!
