That's around 23,000 to 25,000 tomes per annum of lithium that battery manufacturers would hope to secure to boost their own bottom line also.

Without the lithium they don't have a battery to sell.

Basic economics. Absolute advantage. Ie stick to what you are good at.

Why on earth would they ever try and compete with a existing battery producers?? ridiculous.

I suggest you stick to discussing hard facts and stop speculating on rubbish.
