They don't even have to go that far - they already have access to MiningPlus - and MiningPlus have a long-term member of the KDR BoD.
The mining isn't the problem though. Earl Grey is situated in a state full of world class operators on that front. Its the processing. While all the steps aren't groundbreaking, they key will be to build and operate a concentrator that produces a predicable and most importantly consistent product. That is the key factor in the lithium market that doesn't have such a big influence in other major mining sectors.
