Yep - SQM have been smart to move development to seek opportunities outside Chile. They now have considerable upside. The situation in Chile rapidly turning into a mess, with the proposal by the Chilean government to hit miners with a 60% royalty on production from expanded operations. Its a no-brainer for SQM to look elsewhere for expansion.
