This is report of yours (without sources) is looking a bit more realistic. As always Salt of Life and James Bay projects are going to be costly and in need of funds. Great long term investment for sure but not likely a double ever year. IMO investors needs stamina and Ambien and good quality Musk.
"Thar Musk" should be available soon through the Space X sidetrack program coming soon to a neighborhood near you. And for you and yours information Ambien is already available for visitors at the international space station. Oxygen levels are requiring an outdoor Lani which may be soon considered at 250 miles plus Pacific Blue surface level for the "Thar Musk" but electronic smoke may come to the rescue.
