From my point of view it looks like it is a mistake (typo); everything looks right with the exception of the fact that the 4mil shares mentioned are in the wrong place:
- the number of shares before change: 4,703,729 + 2,000,000 share appreciation rights
- the number of shares after change : 4,703,729 + 2,000,000 + 4,000,000 Unlisted Options exercisable at $2.78 on or before 14/6/2020.

So, it looks like a typo.
