If GXY really is the placement taker, but isn't contemplating a TO in near future, it's a no-brainer they will want to see the value of their stake in AMAL go up by double or triple. So if its cost is a bit above or below the market, does it really matter if u r looking for a doubling or tripling of yr investment?
