yep....if u have a business mind and sat down and thought about it logically.......theres no way in hell Galillee wouldve gone off the ground anyways - its too big a project and requires 400% more CAPEX for similar results from Springsure....so the return on equity wouldve been markedly lower ...OR if DEBT is used in conjunction with equity....the return on capital or return on assets would be lower versus Springdure Creek and dingo. It just doesnt make any sense
Project economics per share post dilution to get it in2 production or NPV per share post dilution just wouldnt be as ROBUST as Springsure creek
I never thought it was an option - - just a marketing strategy.....Galillee is a good asset to have on ur balance sheet to sell to one of the big boys whom have billions to spend on development and ongoing capex.
I reckon theyll sell it
