Don't forget the massive effort put in by the Chairman for last years AGM to make sure his 2 closest supportive directors were re-elected...
That meant he maintained control of the board for the last 12 months...
The re-election resolutions last year were only passed by 51% to 49%... That's 49% of shareholders voting against sitting directors... If I were a director and there was that level of dissatisfaction with my performance, I would at least try and do a better job in the following 12 months... If the pace at which the projects have developed PLUS share price performance are any indication over the last 12 months, that does not seemed to have happened...
It's the Chairman's turn for re-election this year...
Should be an entertaining meeting...!!..
