they're waiting to get bought out plain and simple. at this point they're trying to just get their smashed up, blown coolant system, punctured tyres race car to the finish line. sorry if no one understands my crappy analogy, what I'm saying is they're out of money, they're just trying to stay afloat until bought out. i don't know this for a fact, but I'm willing to bet my holding that's what's happening.
