All AGM's being zoomed is a great idea, and I have no idea why we're not already doing it. I've had a bit of exposure to Boards over the years as I'm sure you have. They've varied hugely from tick the box yes-men, to adding tremendous value, but 13 years on any Board is a long tenure. It's all been a big learning curve for me, and there were red flags re lack of communication etc early. The mismatch in visuals to assays as others have said is unbelievable so maybe that's played a part in this departure
