Especially seefod that is not well cooked is extremely dangerous for those who have excess iron deposited in their blood and other organ.....
It's always wise for those of North European extraction (especially) to have a blood count test before visiting Asian Countries (or even here, when they eat raw, or not well cooked), seafood and meat....
