Therefore adjust my figures to say they are getting 70% of gross proceeds to recover their capex, so it will take 9 months instead of my 6 months above to recover all their capex, and then it goes onto the profit share formula as you have posted.
I would imagine the bulk of that money will go straight to the lenders to repay the project debt, so you would think the project debt left at the end of the project will be dealt with soon enough. Usually the lenders get at least 90% of the free cashflow and leave 10% for the company.
