Now we have established that the 'anonymous' person telling of first oil within the next 24 - 48hrs is actually Mr Oca from the Philippine DOE now lets settle down and just see how this pans out.
The big hit for ndo sp will be the strategic partner announcement. Most majors around the globe are interested and you can bet that during the auction process these cashed up majors will be jockeying for a piece of the far east.
As a ´matter of interest, I will be interested to see how the flow rates of the new vessel compare to that of the old one. If I recall correctly the old one was capable of 25,000barrels a day.
