100 % correct Oz - and OEL have been doing the same talking up their other projects for a while now... They could have done this ages ago, and with a positive spin: "Given the enormous potential of West Linacapan we have decided to focus our efforts there for the time being, so will defer Galoc North". Didn't even need to admit their stuff ups if they had done it properly.
