the following are JV partners for Galoc..
Otto 33.00%
Risco Energy 26.84%
Nido Petroleum 22.88%
Philodrill 7.21%
Oriental Petroleum 7.79%
Forum Energy 2.28%
Estimated cost for Galoc nth is $20 million. (Nido's share $4.5 million approx) Risco cost would be somewhere over $5 million.. You would think these guys should have the funds.. Or maybe it's one of the smaller JV partners that's causing a delay?
