Your average daily production rate is wrong because the date (7 Nov) plays no part in the production period. That is merely the date which the oil will be offloaded to the tanker out of storage from the FPSO ‘Rubicon Intrepid’.

Read the announcement again as they state that the average production has been 15,000 bbls per day which has included the initial commissioning and production testing. As a further indicator of how well things are going have another read of the announcement dated 20/10/08, as it was stated that they were approaching 20,000 bbls per days back then. Maximum FPSO production is 25,000 bbls per day so don't be surprised if we are not close to that rate already.
