    Fogl farmout was still blocks, just the plays in those blocks were of a specific play type.

    I do not think what you are suggesting is possible in the exploration phase, development to production or appraisal yes but not prior to a discovery. Pretty sure this is unheard of.

    However if you are right, kudos for spotting it.
