Whist it would great if it was true I think it is wishful thinking on this one.
The original announcement states the agreement is for a 50% interest in the Tarfaya Offshore area, comprising eight exploration permits, to which my understanding is the whole block.
Yes the single small diagram in the 105 page Galp report does highlight what you suggest, however there is also a note below indicating it includes the primary targets only.
Regardless it is a company presentation, only the formal agreement would provide the necessary information either way.
