Probably another disaster but from the last qtrly I think gbg have to make a decision whether to proceed with phase 3 or not as the 6 months are up from November as per the Agreement???
"The Phase 2 report was delivered to
GBG in November 2011, following which GBG, under the terms of the existing agreement between
the two companies, has a period of six months in which to committ to the funding of a commercial
scale facility (“Phase 3”)."
