Am pretty sure it the same as what happens here in Australia, Liquidator comes in grabs all the assets, makes sure they can be paid first then sells off assets to the highest bidder. The value of the 20% has been set by the Petronas sale.

So if Far and Petronas decide to bid for the 20% we would need to pay our share, ie 10%

The question is do we want more, or are we happy with 40%, its all about risk management and unlike me who has been all in on FAR for the last four years, management may decide to let the scraps go to our Chinese friends in the year of the dog.
