Joe, when reserves are accredited by an independent party the results are normally released to the market right away. As per your example of 60MB+ for Paloma, this would mean Neon had confirmed a major new asset...one that can instantly be valued. Now that value can be argued but it would be sufficiently large even in this economic climate to move the sp along way from the mid 30's. I would suggest in the #1=#1.50 range per share.
We probably won't jump from mid 30's to that level in one go as we will get operational info in the meantime on flows, commerciality, companies own expectation etc all of which should contribute to the sp going up to the range I suggest.
