Welcome to the thread.
One thing to understand is that 98% of the general population are in the risk averse category. They will only buy a stock if it is guaranteed that the company is currently making significant amounts of cash.
Risk averse people do not generally buy Spec stocks, atleast in large quantities.
Particularly if they have mortgages, children, school fees and all those other costly endevours. They need a stock to be proven before they jump in.
This gives the riskier types like us to load up on NEN at these lower prices and then we can sell our $4.00 NEN shares to those risk averse types in a couple of years.
