that wouldn't have spared us any dilution. that would have put money in the Stehrs' pockets and then the company would have needed to raise capital for ongoing R&D.

if you're invested in this highly speculative venture on the basis that there won't be ongoing capital injection required, you're in the wrong speculative venture.
