    Joe I am a little lost here. VJ pay 12.2mil for 40%, ie value the 100% at approx 30 mil lets even assume that for all of NSL (which its not) current MC 16MIL so that 9c per share. Now they are obviously looking for upside on their investment, so what exactly are you unhappy about?

    Just my thoughts!
