    Joe,

    i understand your frustration. However big picture we will be trying produce more then the 1.5mtpa, if Vijay provide another 2 mines they will also get another 9%. Who says we don't produce 2 mil+ now with the partnership.

    They can make this happen a lot quicker then what the company can do at the moment, i don't think it is a bad thing.
