@maxi1981 wrote an E-Mail to Tom and Joe regarding this whole LIT thing...

Here is an extract from their answers:

Tom:
"We also do not like this offer.  It is an unwelcome offer.  LIT is not a party that we are in discussions with regarding a merger."
"Lepidico and L-Max are worth a lot more than that!"

Joe:
"As per LPD’s statement to the ASX this afternoon there is no offer from LIT at this point and there’s a possibility that no offer materialises.  It appears that LIT’s actions are opportunistic and intended to frustrate LPD moving to the next phase following receipt of pre-feasibility study results this quarter."

So for me there is nothing more to worry about and I am thinking about topping up, before this one here gets higher...
