He's obviously not good whatever condition he's in. This is a country that needs to sort it's sh^t out bigtime. They have no COVID response , corruption is rife and there's a complete breakdown in international investing confidence. A new president with fresh eyes and ears would go a long way to sorting the much needed mess out and rebuilding confidence in such a resources/assets rich country.
