    DYL VMY merger vote today, expecting it to be a done deal but you never know.

    Assuming it goes ahead, a rather large piece of JB's plan to be a Tier One producer falls into place.

    This may be the catalyst to break us out of the months long trading range.

    I believe the ASX U sector is ready to move up. PDN announcing restart, BOE moving ahead with the Honeymoon project, DYL/VMY merger approved (hopefully), massive disruption in the fossil fuel energy sector, london (and most of southern Europe) burning, if that doesn't give focus to the need to reduce fossil fuel dependance then nothing will.

    It would be nice to be a sea of green amongst the red, should bring attention to the potential of the U sector and hopefully find investors dropping money into one of the few winners of the current market.
