This is hopefully the company maker. 16.8 mill $$$ contract over 14 months !!. Ceo comments that significant profits will be delivered from this award. Should also lead to further opportunities.
Expected revenues of $34 mill for full year 2019. Market cap of only $37 mill.. Reality will catch up at some stage of apparent big under valuation in my opinion.
Recent speculation of a possible needed cap raise should now disappear which may have led to the 6 month under performance compared to fundamentals.
Even a very small cap raise at a higher price to a significant new investor would not have worried me however with such a significant contract now delivered with significant profits a bank debt facility would surely be better if needed for any short term cash flow management rather than any small dilution. With a cash refund just received in April from AusIndustry and another expected 0.5 to 1.5 mill revenue from this Indian contract due before July I would think the short term cash flow hurdle may have just disappeared.
At long last the wait for shareholders hopefully just ended and now just patience is needed for the big anticipated growth to eventuate in 2020 and beyond.
