My concern is with the overall user experience. Better UI and functionality = More Registered users = More Transactions= More recurring revenue.
I mean we have three banks, but only a small percentage of mobile bankers. I understand that the registration process is "annoying" but it's a one time pain. We should see a very large uptake..or am I missing something? There is nothing more frustrating than an app that doesn't work right.
I love the un-banked potential, but we should also leverage our current opportunity.
I have emailed management about this last year, but never received a response. Anyone with a contact care to do so?
