If it goes through FIBR etc etc, then it will slowly move up as the time for payment nears. There is 4c in it, I think though a couple of hurdles need to be met, one being that there has to be at least a 9.9% acceptance of the cash and script offer.

As for counter offers, doesn't look like it, otherwise you would have thought someone would have moved by now and the volume doesn't really suggest someone is building a stake.
