there is no process of cutting off funding and seizure of assets is limited to certain assets only. it is also not up to ICSID to chase or enforce payments/seizures.if you have evidence to the contrary please post a link, as nothing I've read indicates anything of the sort. it reminds me of the movie team America when Hans blix tells Kim Jong that the UN isn't happy with them and they will write them a letter telling them how unhappy they are. lol I wouldn't say they are toothless they are just like most western court systems. it's just enforcement within the DRC will be extremely difficult
