    As i have stated they are a ARBITRATION not a court matter..!
    Yes we all know they have RECOMENDATIONS towards AVZ..!

    But YES this is only a recommendation by the ICSID, all up to the DRC to make a DECISION..!
    Now i thought COMINIERE is the DRC govt company...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!sneaky.png
