I bought in at 4.9 yesterday Holla so I hope your timing is better than mine.

Remember the performance shares become eligible to cash in 2 days time on the 9th of June once they close a 3 million +  deal.

I think they plan on doing just that any time from the 9th to about the 20th.

Cash in a few bangers to make up for a slow trading year.

According to my maths NOR would be too low on revenue for even a private CR given getting shareholder permission means writing up a prospectus and then taking a vote I believe.

So there is about about 1/10 chance each day of the big deal being released and each day that passes the chance will increase.


Most likely way this play out in my mind

At least one juicy OTT contract over the next week and then a private CR late July or more likely august  in the presence of a confirmed corona clients, building OTT demand and a revamped worldphone.

If that happens then see the SP shoot well over 6-8 cents even with a looming CR.

If your going to pick the bottom here kiddies I wish you better luck that old Brenty but don't get too greedy. We have seen what NOR can do when it gets moving. churn and burn your miserable bid like a rebound girlfriend.
