    Currently the sp is trading at $1.03 more than the actual bid (true worth $1.5 only).

    Not only have the WNI toilet scrip fallen big time in value. Since they are illiquid, they are worthless and can't be traded (unless we'll all end up buying selling between ourselves - us ended up looking more like WNI associates).
