I expect they will take a cornerstone sh'ing in the company at a price well above the current market price.
If they had to announce that these people are doing due diligence, then they must be reasonably serious.
They could kick quite a bit of dosh into the kitty. If there are 57M shares on issue, then 19.9% of these is 11M shares at say $1.20-1.50 a share is A$15M.
This is going to happen.
