DR this is a new area of the niobrara that hasnt been commercially tested before, you do know this right?
Thats why the land was relativly cheap, so perhaps the typical decline rate for similar wells in other areas will apply here or maybe not? They have mentioned they have more pressure than was expected.
Time will reveal all but im happy
