RC not winning many friends here by being tricky with the wording.
He will be talking to market analysts right now and giving them the necessary parameters (oil/gas mix being the main one) in order to calculate economics from what is known at the moment.
Unfortunately we can't work it out based on the announcement so will have to wait to see what better informed investors do.
RC did say it was commercial, what we are arguing about now is HOW commercial. That's pretty positive.
