And if you look at STX 100% ground - it will easily have 2 or 3 x 1TCF fields in it. As for project financing money, banks are jumping at gas projects.

The "more" stx offers for WGO, the more STX appreciates in value, so its a bit of a zero sum game, as WE is a shared asset and the implied valuation passes thru.
