Most likely accumilating purposes , Taking small chunks continuely keeps they price stable as another seller comes on screen at the same price as it appears nothing is really moving the price, where as big volumes on buy side creates a higher new seller price.
Also normally means a big buy order, instos use it a lot All in all a really good sign, especially when your at a 12m high. Any news and this thing will get some serious legs , any we know there's a dam good chance of getting some soon!
