    I think pepople here just want to be conservative.
    4.5-5c is a coservative prediction. Even at that price, we are undervalued. But you are right Johnny... Anything can happen, especially when off-take and finance to come very soon after DFS... 8c is a reasonable target... not too far off IMO.
