thanks for [quite a lengthy reply] which I read a few times before I was on the same wave-length as your-self.

CEB2, I would like to do the sums again because as far as this maths goes, you and I seem to be on different planets.

How about getting a calculator and doing the sums with me.

In saying that it could be me who has got it wrong.

We will just do the top two buys and the sell as the rest of the trades are on the same template.

Now the Brokerage is $24.95, -- which is added to a buy, and the same amount is subtracted from a sell.

So, +B means add $24.95 and -B means subtract $24.95, OK?

Let's go.

Buy PEN 81970 @.061 =5000.17 +B24.95 = 5025.12
Buy PEN 81975 @.061 =5000.42 +B24.95 = 5025.42
Total 163945 Total 10050.54

Sell PEN 157425 @.064=10075.20 -B24.95 =10050.25

Shares retained 6520

So CEB2 can we call it 6520 shares at 0 cents each.

This is where we seem to differ, -- I paid say $10000 to buy and got $10000 back when I sold, to my figures, the shares difference between the buy and the sell, in this case 6520 units, are "free and clear", -- they don't owe me anything. ie 0 cents per share.

So if I sell them for .061 cents per share then my profit is .061 cents per share.
Or if I sell them for .071 cents per share my profit is .071 cents per share.

But CEB2, as I said a few posts ago, this is a method that I use to accumulate so I will not be selling my PEN shares anytime soon.
