Hi Trickydan,
I'm led to believe that if I liquidate shares in any way I have to pay capital gains on th profit at the highest marginal rate unless I offset it against a loss, or unless I hold them for more than 12 months to get a 50% discount. If I can do it your way I might be interested. Could you refer me somewhere I could find out please?
