Hey,Lighten up Berwick07 couple of unnoticed matters which you have missed.
1.The options were due to expire at 31.12.2012.
2.We are unaware of the annual bonus paid to Mr Woodman,his first year he was paid $50000.00 within months of signing on.
3.Look at the burn rate of this company over the last few years,deal finding and Corporate costs?
4. Recall also that Woodman was a seller soon after he was allocated share options a few years ago.
All in All Berwick07 no reason in the minds of many to crack anything,when these guys are ready,we will be the last to know.
