Residential markets are poised to start a new upwards trent, buying land or properties now at the bottom is what will create profits in the future, that is the upside.

Of course my IQ of 1 tells me that any new issue of shares means dilution, not happy about that either. But as the creditors must have approved this CR they must be confident that this will be a positive move.

Time will tell.
